Mr. Emmanuel Amoono is a Cytologist and worked for the Cook County Hospital for twenty-three years and Quest Diagnostics for fifteen years. Prior this, he had worked for Ahmadi Bello University Teaching hospital in Nigeria histologist for twelve years. He will be responsible for gynecological cytology (Pap smear), non-gynecological cytology and all histological tests such as Biopsy and HPV DNA tests to detect cervical cancer (which is currently the leading cause of cancer deaths among women in Ghana).
